Canceling Your Account

Just a reminder that fan engagement does take a bit of time and some consistency. To get fans to leave audio message and fan donations, we find that successful podcasters start seeing their first fan messages after talking about their new call-to-action on their PodInbox page by the 3rd or 4th episode. Then, another increase happens after fans hear you do things like fan shout-outs and after hearing fan audio clips being featured on your show. That's when other fans really want to join in on the fun!
That said, canceling a paid PodInbox plan is easy.
- Just click the "Account" link on the main menu in your dashboard.
- Click the "Plan" tab.
- Scroll down to the bottom.
- Click the "cancel my account plan" link.
That's it. Your existing paid plan will continue until your current plan term expires. Once your current plan expires, we will drop you into our free "Hobby" plan, and your credit card will no longer be charged. We encourage you to continue using this Hobby plan to engage your audience, and this account is completely free of any subscription charges!
Please note, unfortunately, we don't offer any full or prorated refunds. Once your current plan expires, you'll no longer be charged. To dispute any charges, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If at any time you want to upgrade back into a paid account, simply go to this "Plan" tab and upgrade to one of the paid plans. All your data and settings from your previous paid plan will be preserved!
