Fees Collected

Here's a description of the fees collected when your fans give you donations and tips. 

All Plans

For all our account plans (hobby, pro, and business), our 3rd party payment processor, Stripe collection fees from each fan payment. 

Here's a description of what Stripe charges for every transaction:

• 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction

This is the standard credit card processing fee for Stripe, and a bulk of this fee is taken by the various credit card brands (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc). 

Hobby Plan

For our Hobby plans, Stripe takes their fees, and PodInbox charges this fee:

• 5% per transaction

In your Stripe dashboard, our fee is shown as the "application fee".

Business & Pro Plans

For our Business and Pro plans, Stripe takes their fees, and PodInbox charges this fee:

• 0% per transaction
