Account Dashboard
Logging in to your PodInbox creator account will bring you to your account Dashboard. In summary, your Dashboard is where you can manage your audio inbox, view your contacts, customize your fan page, manage your messages sent, edit your profile, and configure your account settings.
You can always navigate to your Dashboard by clicking on your profile pic on the upper right, and click "Dashboard".
Here's a brief summary of each of the main menu items:
Inbox
Your Inbox is where you'll receive all your audio messages. It's a lot like the list of audio messages on your fan page, but with a lot more tools and options to help manage these messages. Some of the things you can do is play messages, delete messages, download messages, and archive messages.
Contacts
The Contacts page is where you'll see a list of all your fans who have interacted with your fan page. Whenever a fan leaves you a message, or even likes a message, we help capture that contact for you. This is a great way to know exactly who your podcast fans are and lets you build a contact list of fans.
Fan Page
Every podcast using PodInbox has a fan page for their podcast show. This is where fans go to interact with your show...to record and leave you audio messages. You'll want to customize your fan page with relevant details about your show, and this is where you would edit your fan page details.
Messages Sent
This is a log of all the messages you've left for any podcast show on PodInbox. This is a convenient place to see all your messages at a glance, instead of having to remember and find your messages on the various podcast pages. This is also where you can delete messages you've left, and see if any podcasters have replied to your message.
My Profile
This is where you'd edit your public profile. Here, you can upload your profile pic, fill out your name, display name, and social media handles. If you don't want to share your real name in public, you can always define a display name that's different from your real name. Whenever you leave a message on a public fan page, we'll show your display name next to all your messages,
Account
This is where you'd manage your account settings, like your login credentials, notification settings, and upgrade account. If you ever decide that you want to switch from a free fan account to a paid creator account, just use the upgrade account tab and follow the directions to upgrade your account to a paid version.
