Chat Room Fees Can Unlock Rewards

If you have a paid chat room, a fan's chat room payment adds to their total contributions. 

This means a fan can go up in your leaderboard. And it means their chat room payments can unlock any fan page rewards that you create. 

This is just something to keep in mind as you incentivize your fans to keep contributing...to keep unlocking rewards.
