Removing Users

If you want to remove a Chat Room Participant, simply go to your Dashboard, and under Chat Room find the Partipant you want to remove and click the "Remove" option to remove them. 

Removing a Participant is generally used when you change your Chat Room pricing and want to remove a Participant from their old pricing. By default, we grandfather Chat Room Participants with the pricing they initially joined your Chat Room. So, the Remove Participant feature is useful when you want to bypass this default pricing policy. 

If you want to stop a Participant from posting in your Chat Room, we recommend using the option to "Suspend" the Participant...versus this "Remove" option.
